Hi and welcome to the shame and sex blog.

I’m Lisa and I’m a Psychosexual Therapist and PhD researcher based in the UK. My PhD is in shame and compulsive sexual behaviour (CSB).  My mission is to give you good, myth-busting information about CSB, sometimes known as sex and porn addiction. And also, to help you change your relationship with shame. Much of the information we have access to is either not accurate or perpetuates shame and myth, but these blogs are here to give you good, evidenced based information
